What differentiates Google Vault from other similar products?

Google Vault is easy to use archiving and e-discovery tool yet is very robust and reliable. Google Vault covers most of the core Google Workspace Apps, includes Drive, Gmail, Chat, Meet Recording which store most of the sensitive data. The integration with Google Workspace is just awesome, you can easily store and trace the document in your Google Workspace tenant. The ability to retain the data indefinitely is another strong point of Google Vault

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Google Vault retain and covers most of the Google Workspace app data, make it easy for you to comply with the regulation, Easy to use for tracing and query the data is one of the most important features in Google Vault.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Google Vault portal is separated from the Google Workspace Admin Console, which would be good if can be integrated with Admin Console. The backdoor security risk of Google Vault is also one of the concerns, because all Super Admin have access to it., it would be better if the HR or Legal team create SOP for using Google Vault.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Google Vault is a robust and reliable archiving and e-discovery platform that deeply integrated with Google Workspace, which will make easier for you to manage. You can retain your org data indefinitely which means as long as your Google Workspace subscription is active, you can retain your data, and you can export it once your Google Workspace Subscription ends.

It is giving seamless experience, secure and robust compliance tool. Integrate with google workspace without any problem. Managing of data between all the google apps is securely & fastly.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It saves time and do fast data processing & gives smooth experience with Google workspace. It protects our data from loss.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing issue for us. Google product never creates issue.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Finest app for data compliance. Highly recommended for every single organisation.
