Better search features and if you are using GSuite, use Vault.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Easy to use and great email retention features

What do you dislike most about this product?

eDiscovery could be better as well as a more in-depth knowledge base.

Make sure you have the requirements in place to implement.

Data Compression Allows for more data to be stored on media. Data compression can potentially slow down access times to the data

Long Term Data Retention The software should have fault tolerant abilities in order to recover from minor data corruptions. Depends largely on the media (such as tapes)

External Storage Connectivity Data archiving usually stores data on external, removable media that is optimized for long-term storage, at an offsite location.

Data Format Native Generic Offers multiple options from native proprietary format to industry-standard generic format to restore or import onto any target system
