What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Google Vault stores data and information on the cloud to keep its owners from loosing the data incase there is an accidental deletion. Google Google Vault gives a very effective and powerful way to search and retrieve data stored therein. The audits and report audits are run on the activities and actions done in the archive for visibility purposes. One can set to determine how long the pieces of information should be reatined. Sends alerts when someone other than you tries to access the archive.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Google Vault works perfect , there is nothing to dislike about the platform.

I recommend Google Vault highly for storage of data and information , retrieval of the same , search the data and export it. This product offers the best service.

What differentiates Google Vault from other similar products?

in a fairly effective and efficient product, it allows interactions directly from the G-suite, and is mainly used in organizations to search and access different types of data and documents. It has advantages that differentiate it from other products, such as being able to establish rules to control the time that certain files must be kept within the platform as well as generating audit reports.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I really like the characteristics of the product, for example its extraction capacity as well as the content analysis that its data retention policy gives us is quite good and we use it a lot within our organization, it also allows us to efficiently control which person accesses and which person is restricted to the different data stored within the platform.

What do you dislike most about this product?

At the beginning of a product that is difficult to understand so getting used to its terminology can be a process that takes a good amount of time tends to be confusing and sometimes people get lost inside its interface. It also has a fairly low storage limit compared to other products in markets which makes it impossible to keep all the files and documents within the platform and only have to save the most important ones.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you want to carry out a deep analysis of your work, this may be the only tool of this type that matches, it will also allow you to control a lot of data safely in your work, your organization will undoubtedly benefit from the different sectors that use this product and generate a much more discreet and organized work environment.
