So far Google Vault has been working well ever since deployment and I cannot complain.

What differentiates Google Vault from other similar products?

First and foremost, knowing that this is a Google app is a huge plus. With it comes dependability and excellent customer service. Second, the vault works flawlessly, readily stores all of the data I want, and does not take a lengthy time to become accustomed to, as other data storage programmes do.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Google Vault is what we primarily use to search data and documents; it also allows us to store directly from G-suite applications; this software also has options for generating audit reports; and another very useful feature is that I can set up rules that allow me to control how long certain data or files are kept.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Although there are no extra charges for Google Vault because it is connected with G-Suit, G-Suit is already highly expensive, which will eventually limit its utilisation; thus, the entire price strategy must be changed. In addition, if a user account is completely removed, there is no backup of the data.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend Google Vault to everyone who need a dependable source of data storage. Also, for people who are unfamiliar with data storage and are looking for customer support that will guide you through the process as well as an easy-to-use platform.

I like that scaling is easy and affordable The tool is very secure and accessing files is easy as well The tool integrates well with other Google tools

For people considering Google Vault, ut is a good option. It is both affordable and very secure making it the ideal Archiving Software
