I would like the host's shared screen to be a bit wider since in situations where it is required to see details it is a bit confusing.

In situations like the one we are currently experiencing with the pandemic, these types of tools make life much easier both at work and personal level, Google Meet has proven to be a powerful application oriented to collaboration, its functions and ease of use make it ideal since it does not prior preparation is required.

Compared to other platforms, Google Meet has been in the market for a short time, but that has not been an impediment to position itself as the best platform for business communication and other scenarios, for the excellent quality offered in audio and video, in addition to the high performance in the execution of videoconferences, calls and instant messaging where it is easy to share documents and files, also offers features that others do not have such as the option to activate subtitles in real time, as well as the capacity of participants that can be integrated into a connection.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Its simple and very easy to use interface makes it easy for anyone to manipulate, ensures that connections are secure thanks to its encryption, allows the adjustment of video resolution and audio settings, it is possible to record sessions, the ability to integrate participants to a connection and I think the option to activate the subtitles in real time is fabulous, it also synchronizes very well with google drive, gmail and google calendar.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Truly, the experience has been quite interesting and pleasant, its use has facilitated to maintain both internal and external communication with our work team, helping us to have continuity in the operational results and improving productivity, that is why I have no negative comments against this software.

Google meet allows you to set up any type of meeting with your work team securely regardless of the different scenarios on which they are located, allows you to share important information among the participants of a meeting, with very solid performance options and excellent quality to ensure that your connections are smooth and uninterrupted, it is for this reason that you must include it in your business platform, I recommend it.

Google meet is a very broad tool in its functions, one of the factors in which it differs from other similar platforms is its adaptation to collaborative environments, this being its strength and what it focuses on the most, thanks to the integration with the different applications of Google Workspace makes this a tool not only for video conferencing but also for teamwork in real time.

Due to the ease of accessing video calls, users are not required to have previous knowledge in the use of the tool, this influences its usability.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I would like to be able to access the screen recording function but it is limited to business plans, in the standard version there is no such function.
