What differentiates Google Drive from other similar products?

The company used Google Drive in its entirety, being the facilitator of information and collaboration in many documents and jobs, however the greatest use that was given was as a remote information store, since all the documents created and from anywhere in the world could be used again. In addition to this, when it is required to make modifications to a document, they are made from anywhere because these changes are reflected in real time in any other site.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Google drive allows a large number of functions which differentiate it from other programs on the market, for example it has educational communication functions such as the ability to include comments and messages in documents to create a more enjoyable work environment. . It also allows several collaborators to work on the same document, be it a text document or a spreadsheet, and do so simultaneously. To make matters worse, the software allows people to verify past deletions and modifications made to any document from any device.

What do you dislike most about this product?

If the internet connection is poor, the headaches begin with Google Drive starting with the changes made in the documents which may take a while to save or even not save at the moment. This mainly affects people who work in remote areas with limited access to the internet or occasionally unstable access, and makes them unable to verify or make changes themselves. Furthermore, this can also cause the file upload to provide faulty files, especially if they are large. Outside of these details and with a good internet connection the software works wonders.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is an excellent program for any type of company or organization regardless of its size, it is especially useful for small work groups that are editing or creating projects together, since it allows each member of the group to observe what changes have been made and post comments within the original document to correct errors quickly and efficiently. If the company does not need to carry out projects frequently but if it needs to store data in the cloud so that other users can easily access it, they can also find software on Google drive that will meet their needs.
