Basically the approach to the collaborative environment is its business card, it has many functions which have made our organization carry out tasks in a coordinated manner and in less time than it took when the traditional work model was used.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

As an office tool it is ideal since through it you can create documents, presentations and spreadsheets just as if you were from desktop applications, best of all, we should not worry about updates since they are always at the forefront , Google Drive recognizes many types of extensions, such as text files, multimedia, etc.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The version control does not work as expected, in spreadsheet files with a high volume of information the tool does not show the versions on specific dates, and it remains blocked. In summary, this aspect should be improved.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Google Cloud Drive is a powerful platform with a well-earned reputation, ideal for group work and corporate environments since it facilitates productivity by reducing operation times, allows the mobility of each of the users and is flexible to any device with connection to Internet which is ideal in the environment that we move daily.

Google Cloud Drive Enterprise is a cloud storage solution, it is quite efficient and flexible, both in its operation and contracting, as it can be adjusted to the needs of users, has high cloud hosting capabilities, facilitates collaboration for teamwork of documents and files, has security management tools, integrates with Microsoft Office, is easy to deploy, use and manage, has DLP function to prevent data breaches and also has a powerful search function.

- It is easy to use and implement. - Stores information securely (it is effective for backups). - Facilitates team collaboration in real time. - Works on any device. - Provides fast and efficient access to documents and files.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The user interface tends to become slow at times and also shows delays on requests made to it, which creates a bit of impatience when you need to access files quickly.

Google Cloud Drive Enterprise is a tool that has many resources that make it quite efficient and functional, it allows you to create, share and store all kinds of files easily and securely, with which you can optimize all kinds of daily tasks regardless of the place where you are and the device that is available, which highly favors the continuity of the productivity of your company, its use will be very useful.

End user can access their files from anywhere, from all of their device with ease. End user gets a great utility is that Whatsapp uses Google Cloud Drive for storing backups and that makes easy when switching phones. End user can organize and sort their files is possibly easier with the help of Google Cloud Drive compare to other similar products. End user can like how different plugins can be installed in Google Cloud Drive such as PDF editor, etc and it is extremely useful for editing documents in real-time.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Google Cloud Drive gives the free storage which is very beneficial to store important documents and big files. 15 GB of free storage is extremely useful for carry large data on end user's mobile only and access them anytime and anywhere. Google Cloud Drive helps for importing files from a 3rd party source. End user can create new folders, file uploads, folder uploads, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Forms, and there are more options if they click "More" Tab on the drop-down list under"+New".

What do you dislike most about this product?

End users can't upload files larger than 5 TB

I strongly recommend for storing files without any worries and for accessing from anywhere and at anytime.
