What differentiates Google Drive from other similar products?

Really simple to manage files, excellent customer service, lightweight software, simple to share and collaborate on team presentations and projects

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I use Google Drive (mostly Docs) to create and share working documents with members of my team. It's fantastic that multiple people can work on the same files at the same time, and it's relatively simple to use.

What do you dislike most about this product?

If you work on a computer and use Microsoft programmes such as Word, Powerpoint, and Excel. When you upload them to Google Drive, it may not feel comfortable to read or edit them directly from Google Drive.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The key feature that distinguishes Google Drive from other cloud platforms is that anyone can use it without the need to download software or even have a strong internet connection. Its offline capabilities are critical for working with field teams who can work in remote locations and upload reports when they reconnect.
