The familiarity, the ease of use, finer access controls, widely used.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ability to share the files with whoever we want with finer levels of privacy and control.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is nothing much, But I think you can only share stuff with people who has a gmail account.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Go for it, it is one of the easiest solution to setup and use.
