The fact that all the files that you use daily are portable since they are on the cloud. You can work from anywhere while having access to your daily files

Ease of use One of Google Drive's greatest features is the ability to collaborate with others on documents, spreadsheets, presentations and drawings. Up to 50 people can work on the same document simultaneously, from wherever they are, using any device. They can even do it at the same time.

Offline Access Limitation - While Google Drive allows users to work offline the functionality is somewhat limited compared to online features. Certain advanced collaboration features may not be available, potentially affecting productivity when working without an internet connection.
