What differentiates Google Drive from other similar products?

It is a great storage solution instead of a USB drive or external drive, both of which can become damaged and stop working over time, resulting in the permanent loss of your valuable files, but this will not happen to you if you use Google Drive because it uses cloud storage directly on Google's servers. You no longer need to send emails with attachments to your personnel in order for them to inspect and change the file (and have to receive it again). Simply choose the document or folder and customize it so that you may not only read it but also edit it, view real-time changes, communicate with others, and leave comments.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Images, stories, drawings, sketches, recordings, videos, text files, presentations, spreadsheets, and other material may all be kept safely. It gives you 15 gigabytes of free storage and lets you organize folders and subfolders for better file organization. It may be accessed from any Internet-connected device anywhere in the world. It is extremely useful in the field of collaborative and remote work to be able to view your files when on the road, in a vehicle, at work, in a boardroom, or in any other location where you do not have access to a computer and may connect using your mobile phone.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The desktop version is unprotected, and anybody with access to the computer may view files in the Drive directory.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Google Cloud Drive Enterprise allows you to install relatively easy document, spreadsheet, survey, drawing, and presentation apps, allowing you to work from anywhere and track your progress. You may make changes while not connected to the Internet, and when you rejoin, Drive will sync and save your changes immediately. If you are in charge of a task and are unable to attend work for a lengthy period of time, you may manage your team by sending jobs and documents that will be replied to in real-time

In my experience Google cloud is more intuitive and efficient

What differentiates Google Drive from other similar products?

Google Drive is not only a cloud storage tool, it integrates other applications that make it a powerful tool for collaboration and productivity; it is worth mentioning its capacity for multi-format files (text files, multimedia, etc.) which can be viewed directly with the help of third-party applications which adapt correctly with Drive.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

In some scenarios where a large amount of information is stored divided into a considerable number of files of different formats, sometimes it is extremely difficult to access them long after because it is very easy to forget the path where it was hosted, in these cases Google Drive offers a fairly complete search engine which allows you to do that function in an advanced way (file type, keyword), this has greatly facilitated our daily work.

What do you dislike most about this product?

In terms of security improvements, it would be good to implement 2-factor authentication, especially if critical information of an organization is hosted.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Taking advantage of the resources provided by Google Drive and the applications integrated to this tool makes our work team explore new areas and ways of collaboration which enhances the capabilities of each member; another important factor is the ability to access your files from anywhere in the world without the need to physically carry them, that is a security advantage.
