See the real time changes made by other users to every document. Possibility to add comments when reviewing a document.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I would make easier to select the file path in terms of folders and sub folders

highly recommended for small and large organizations. Access to folders and documents is customizable

What differentiates Google Drive from other similar products?

It's easy to work online with a shared document.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The best part is that I can store everything in the cloud without cluttering my computer. It is easy to upload a document and share it through a link.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There should be a more efficient and easier way to sort documents.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Using Google drive is one of the best options to store and share information in the workplace as it helps to have documents stored securely and you can also share it with your co-workers who wish to collaborate with some information.

Great cloud storage software but can improve

What differentiates Google Drive from other similar products?

The G-suite offers unlimited storage to all members of the organization. No other cloud storage service provider can match this for the same price.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Uploads large files at high speeds. It stores backups on automation and it is our primary cloud data backup source. Has great co-sharing abilities with staff. The search engine allows you to locate a document with ease.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It isn't as easy to access and use on a phone as it is on a desktop.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Having a not so great experience I would recommend weighing the disadvantages and the pros first while considering your organization size before the purchase.
