What differentiates Google Drive from other similar products?

One of the best feature which differentiates Google drive from others is it's ability to have multiple collaborations at the same time. Almost real time all the documents and workbooks can be shared with a number of people.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite feature is it's drag and drop functionality which is very easy to use and manage rather than uploading through a browse option. The other excellent feature is it's mobile app which is again very user friendly and structured.

What do you dislike most about this product?

One of the features that I not admire about this product is it's daily upload limit. In terms of supporting day to day requirements at times it becomes challenging to have all the data backed up on a given day.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is perhaps 'one jacket fit all' tool for managing your documents on cloud. It's simplified accessibility enables team work and the documents can be accessed both internally and externally.

What differentiates Google Drive from other similar products?

It is cloud based. therefor you can access any important data stored on google drive from anywhere and any device as long as you have the credentials. It also offers an easy way for file sharing since most people have google drive.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We are able to store and easily access files in google drive. It gives security to your data in that you have total control and nobody can access it without your authorization.

What do you dislike most about this product?

You cannot access it offline.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is ideal for sharing files that are very big to be shared by email and for data storage.

What differentiates Google Drive from other similar products?

Has to be the ease of use and the close connection that exists between Google Drive and the diverse list of Google productivity applications. On the side of ease of use, I think anyone who is able to surf the internet can automatically use Google Drive without running into trouble . Meanwhile as it relates to Google Drives connection with other Google products , my own experience shows that it makes me work faster , by providing access to automatic backup for a whole lot of my work activity that usually takes place on tools like Google Sheets , Google Forms and Slides.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

File sharing with Google Drive is unmatched on any other platform. I am sharing files simply by clicking the sharing button and inputting the file recipients email. I am even allowed to share files with non-Google Drive users without them being mandated to first signup for a Google Drive account and for me, this is a privilege only Google Drive currently affords me.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Google Drive does not make provision for workflow automation , like other top file storage platforms have done in recent years . Workflow automation within Google Drive would lead to the acceleration of minor business processes.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Google Drive is one among the two cloud storage platforms adopted by my organization , but it is the one I prefer the most . This is because of the ease of use it affords me in terms of connection with other applications and i have to mention vast integration too.
