What differentiates Google Drive from other similar products?

It's reliability and flexibility. It works excellent for any business/individuals no matter the size of the organisation and you can scale up with them smoothly without tampering with your business processes.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like that when working in teams, all members can access, share and updates documents/files in real time and in a centralised place without having to keep send back and forth emails.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It would be unfair to fault this platform for it has never failed us. It has improved how we access and share files as we no longer experience downtimes.
