I think it's the seamless integration with the google ecosystem.

Love the usability. Its easy and simple.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Obviously worried for Google's privacy policies considering it monetizes data.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Go for it if privacy is not a big concern, I use it for my personal use as well

All tools are free and they are all in your pocket. There is a variety of tools and easy to use.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The software is very clear and easy to use and effective in getting the job done. Implementation of the software was great.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Wish the software expanded some additional advance functionality such as automation.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

A larger level records and documents management system and file sharing, making jobs easier.
