What differentiates Google Drive from other similar products?

Always going to be the strength of Drive's collaboration. No other file storage program gives me the quality of collaboration , that I have enjoyed on Google Drive.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Reliable real time synchronization of all files and content, across every device where my Google Drive account is signed into. With this, I have got simple, easy access to important work files from anywhere I may be, in real time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Security is where I have a bit of displeasure with Google Drive. Drive offers no password protection for my Drive account, instead it is connected to my workplace and Gmail accounts. Any wrong party who accesses either my Workplace or Gmail account has immediate access to my saved files on Google Drive.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Google Drive is driven by collaboration and I think teams who are big on collaboration should almost certainly try it out.

What differentiates Google Drive from other similar products?

Google products are tightly integrated so the user experience is seamless when uploading our data.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We can upload up to 15 GB of free data without any cost and can share, and collaborate the files with other users by sharing the file link.

What do you dislike most about this product?

When transferring the ownership of multiple files it only supports up to 100 files at a time.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I highly recommened this service to other users as its comes with a security from google and keeps our files organized.

What differentiates Google Drive from other similar products?

Google is ubiquitous in our world today. Since almost everyone is familiar with at least some part of the Google Suite, implementing Google Drive as a collaboration platform is fairly low effort, but very high reward. It also has incredible app support for mobile devices, and sharing with outside organizations is incredibly easy.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect is the ease of use and the ability to share with almost anyone, whether they are inside or outside the organization.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It took a little bit for me to figure out permissions in sharing files. Also, it was a bit of a learning curve using some of the google suite when I’ve been used to Microsoft.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It’s a great product, and I’d recommend taking the time to learn how to use the mobile version as well.
