What differentiates Google Authenticator from other similar products?
Among other 2FA apps that I’ve tried in the past, Google Authenticator is simply the best. It’s neat, simple and it just works—plus being from Google means that you know it’s legitimate.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Configuring this thing was a walk in the park! In all seriousness, I now treat it as a Fort Knox for my online accounts. No more worries about hackers getting their paws on my stuff.
What do you dislike most about this product?
However, to be completely honest, sometimes it gets a little inconvenient since I have to pull out my phone every time I need to log in somewhere.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If there is anything at all sacred in terms of your safety with anything related to the internet or computers then go grab yourself one of these bad boys right now. And don’t worry about cost because this little guy is completely free to use and could end up saving you from a whole world worth of hurt later on down the line so why not take advantage while it lasts.
