Simple but powerful management of client payments

What differentiates GoCardless from other similar products?

I believe that GoCardless is fairly unique in its offering, I've certainly not considered any other service. The ease at which it has allowed the set-up of Direct Debits for ongoing and one-off payments has been frictionless and a perfect fit for my business.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The simplicity. Clients who sign-up to a subscription often say how quick and easy it was. The easy management and review of clients who have signed-up makes it a very valuable and time saving product.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The limitations of Direct Debits means that if clients change bank details it can be problematic - but that's more down to the Direct Debit service vs any fault with Gocardless - but if they could allow the easy switching to new bank details on plans that would be very helpful.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Give it a try! If you have recurring payments, or want a streamlined, reliable, and secure way to receive payments from clients, I can't recommend it enough.
