What differentiates Gist from other similar products?

It differs from other programs more than everything in the price, it is cheaper.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Onboarding and customer success processes are made exceedingly easy and straightforward with the help of modern marketing and automation solutions.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It hasn't happened yet! Gist seemed to have it all figured out! The 'form' feature is a bit dated, to say the least. Currently, this works for newsletter forms, but an embeddable form with specific fields and information (essentially, a contact type form) would be ideal; this could then be received as a message or chat. However, it would be nice if answers were sent to the message list rather just the recipient's email address (outside of gist)

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

In the event that you've tried Intercom but found it too expensive, but have tried pretty much every other chat solution "chasing" comparable features, Gist comes the closest!

What differentiates Gist from other similar products?

It has a mobile app which is definitely unique in this niche of software. Even though the app is lacking in many features and has way less features than desktop version, it is quite good.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It helps the users of our website to find our content easily. It is also easy to work with thanks to its easy to install wordpress plugin. Its chat support is very good and one can send all types of data there. Its mobile version is very useful to me too as I can use it to help customers even when I am away from my desktop.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Its interface is confusing and complex.Features are sometimes hard to locate.Also, the features in mobile version are limited which does not eliminate the need of desktop completely.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend it highly.
