Ease of use and implementation and integration into our existing client relationship software

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ability to splice and sort email responses so that we can get accurate results and rate on investment.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some limited capabilities when integrating with third party applications especially start ups

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Please carefully shop around and speak with multiple vendors prior to purchase to make sure what your needs and requirements are to save time and money.
