The fact that in every week I can expect to have new features being implemented.

Genesys brings great value to your business. If you are looking for Experience as a service, you have to go with Genesys.

What differentiates Genesys Cloud CX from other similar products?

It is designed in a very organized way that allows for easy and efficient picking/answering of calls.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I can clearly see the information of each member I give a call, making it easy to move onto my next call quickly.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Once you schedule a callback, you cannot unschedule/reschedule it. Some of the buttons are not reversible, making it hard to make edits if you made a mistake closing an interaction.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Use if if you are looking to boost outreach and efficiency!
