What differentiates Fyle from other similar products?

The character recognition and work flow makes expense reporting super fast without much user involment. It is so intuitive that it really does not need trainning or even instructions. The interface is very simple it is not too feature rich but that is also what makes it so fast and simple, as a user that only needs to use it a few times a year I need a platform that I do not need to be figuring out each time I use. Fyle provides that user experience.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is very simple to use, it does not need trainning and it does a good portion of the work by doing not only character recognition but also it does a pretty good guess of what it is actually recognizing.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I would like if it had options to integrate with other systems, I mean like designing the reports that you want to create. I am not involved on the implementation part on our company but the reason why I say this is because we can not use it for employees that have an external "payer". I will explain for foreing employees they are contracted through legal companies in the corresponding country. Those companies have their own processes for expense reporting, most likely inferior to fyle, some for instance required an xls file to be created with a particular format. It would be great if fyle could create that.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

expense reporting takes a sizable amount of time, I'be seen processes where some people take a whole day creating an expense report for a trip, fyle greatly cut these times not only resulting in less wasted time but also a much better overall employee experience. I'be seen people considering not traveling just because the problem it represents this have a cost for the company, I think that should be taken into account when deciding what to use.
