What differentiates Fyle from other similar products?
I really have to appreciate their customer service. They are prompt, friendly and reliable. When we need to make changes they take right over and get it done.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is easy to categorize expenditures and submit reports for review and for processing. The whole process is quite simple.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I think that the mobile app of the software could be improve because it can have delays when a large number of items are being processed.

What differentiates Fyle from other similar products?
The app is user friendly and it takes me no time at all to record my expenses. I find the categories simplified, yet detailed enough and easy to use.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I can make annotations on the expenses with regards to the purpose or reason. The instant alerts when a spend is made adds to security.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It would be great if an employee could request a higher one-off funds within the app.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Seamless, always works and easy to use to upload receipts and keep control of expenses.

What differentiates Fyle from other similar products?
How simple it is and how easy to use. He hated how laborious and time-consuming it was to gather receipts and record expenses in a report. With Fyle, it's very simple. Fyle makes it easy for me to track and control all of my company's expenses. Since I used to spend hours and hours creating expense reports, this also allows me more time to focus on other tasks.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I appreciate that Fyle notifies me by phone when I have a new expense and that I can record it immediately after making the purchase.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It can be confusing to use some of the filters when reviewing expenses. As an employee, I'm having trouble figuring out how to limit the results to only see the charges for which I submitted a refund request.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Automating our expense management operations is something Fyle is tackling. Reporting is considerably easier and saves us time. A game-changer is the ability to simply send an image of my receipt via SMS and instantly associate it with my expenses. Now I can quickly and easily take a photo of my receipt instead of worrying about keeping track of a paper one.
