What differentiates Fusion Framework System from other similar products?

The quality and thoughtfulness put into the product. It's easy to use and configure by business which made it very appealing. The Fusion project team were the best (shout out to Bob, Blake, Erwin, Spencer, Dan)

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Takes the work out of 'planning' and allows the business to focus on what they need to do

What do you dislike most about this product?

Our reporting can be complex and the standard reports do not always meet our needs (Advanced reporting is available for additional cost).

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Do your research. Understand where you are getting your data from (HR, sites, etc.) and know the quality of that data.

Using the Salesforce platform offers great customization potential for the product. The SAAS platform means that IT management is easy and reliable.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ease of customization.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are certain limitations with the Salesforce platform with no work around until Salesforce implements it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Definitely look into the benefits that a SAAS product can offer in terms of ease of management. The maturity of the Salesforce platform offers a stable and reliable product.

Ability to customize fields and interfaces easily with workflows

What do you dislike most about this product?

Does not have strong analytics built-in and focus on financial industry risk management. Lots of custom work is needed

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Having business-side administrators who are very comfortable with system administration and automation will be critical in helping to customize the product to fit your needs
