What differentiates Freshservice from other similar products?

Freshservice has helped us be more attentive to the support and technical assistance needs of our staff and especially our customers; it has capabilities that make all the work more accessible and more manageable in the IT department of my organization. Freshservice has fit quite well into our internal and external support and assistance scenario and has allowed us to get better and better.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Freshservice is being used in my organization's IT department as the primary support ticket and help desk ticket manager. I like how easy it is to figure out the user interface and how much it simplified the usability of the software. It is a very comprehensive and feature-rich software for managing tickets and knowledge bases, and scheduling resources, among other things. Their customer service is very attentive and responsive.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is not cheap at all, and some modules in the software still have room for improvement, such as time management and report generator.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a complete software and integrates excellent capabilities, each usable for the support and technical assistance teams of any company or organization. My experience as a user of this software has been positive, so I have no hesitation recommending it.
