What do you dislike most about this product?

Reports not very sustained but very attractive in a visual way, their updates can be somewhat tedious and merit more than the necessary time, so an improvement in this aspect would be vital to reduce the time of said process and thus be able to use said time in other activities.

My favorite aspect of this SOAR is that it provides dashboards and reports that help SOC teams track, measure, analyze, and investigate their performance, as well as help eliminate alert fatigue and reduce context switching thanks to a that offers an automated framework, which has the ability to link scan reports to alerts for a faster response to incidents presented at the business level, in addition its Playbook allows SOC to design, develop, debug, control and use playbooks in the most efficient way.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Its implementation is confusing, especially when it comes to first time users of this type of software, so having fewer options can be of great help, also its dashboards are not very up to date and its integration with external providers needs to be more stable.
