What differentiates Fortinet Fortigate NGFW from other similar products?

Fortinet Firewall Platform differs from other software in that it provides proactive protection against advanced threats, that is, it inspects incoming and outgoing traffic so that the threat is detected before its expansion, in this way there is no inactivity at the business level, it is extremely flexible since it gives the user an easy administration and use and this is because its interface is friendly, its stability is really durable which avoids having to be restarting it for a long period of time, the inspection speed is really fast , which makes it a large scale and high performance software, thus being able to cope with ramsonware threats, DDoS attacks and even malwares.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of this program is that it has a fast and very deep inspection which helps any present threat to be detected at a high speed, thus preventing it from spreading and causing further damage. I also like that it makes easy administration possible. of business security and grant greater visibility to the network, as it evaluates both inbound and outbound traffic, and not only provides high protection, but also allows better management of security risks at the business level.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Its installation cost can be somewhat high, that is, its value is quite competitive, so for small companies it can be complex to acquire, however everything depends on the service requested at the business level.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is recommended that you access or consult the prices in advance since in this way you will not have any problem with what you are obtaining, since the costs with Fortinet depend on whether you want a centralized administration or not, but beyond this any value will be worth it since it is an efficient software that will allow you to be protected against any threat and obtain a high performance of business security.
