While other typical project tools focus on the usual features, Forecast prioritizes predictive resource planning and integrates well with other platforms. It's specifically designed for service businesses, with advanced forecasting and automation to enable improved project delivery and resource usage, giving way to a smarter, more efficient project management experience.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My most liked aspect of Forecast, based on user feedback, is its predictive and automation capability using AI. The aspect of the platform to intelligently forecast resource needs, automate task assignment, and provide data-driven insights significantly streamlines project management. The automation saves manual effort, minimizes errors, and allows project managers to make more informed decisions, which ultimately leads to improved project efficiency and resource utilization. The predictive resource planning is very helpful.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The most common complaint about Forecast is the learning curve and the difficulty of setup in the initial phase. Even though the AI-powered functionality is an excellent advantage, it also complicates the system. Users often find the onboarding and the initial setup process time-consuming, requiring a thorough understanding of the platform's functionalities. Further, users mention that even though the general design of the interface is fine, sometimes it could be overwhelming, especially for those users who have no experience with AI-powered project management software.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
