Support is great and there is high client satisfaction. Powerful reporting capabilities and pricing are flexible.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Its ease of management of firewall has reduced complexity and with our previous software dissatisfaction we fount Forcepoint to on top. Configurations and troubleshooting are easy. Issues to do with our VPN timeouts have been resolved successfully with Forcepoint . We are also glad that setting up new devices is not an issues with our previous product.

We realized that the training of one user limited us and is our desire for our entire team to train as well.

It is a stable and scalable solution. I recommend using Forcepoint and before implementation to finish training to have ease of use.
