What differentiates Fishbowl Warehouse from other similar products?

You can track equipment sales and material purchases to determine future usage. Fishbowl, which previously used QuickBooks, offers a more robust environment for inventory tracking and order processing.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ease of use, the program is very intuitive. great support. It wasn't difficult to set up and use, and the support team is very good - I had an issue that Hayden solved quickly.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't like how I delete them one by one when I need to do a bulk delete. Unable to make changes to add freight cost fields on the sales order page. Custom reports and add -ons that cannot be reported.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Combine multiple processes into one. Functionality and customer service are the best. Fishbowl doesn't always have everything I'm looking for, but after creating a request/ticket for this feature it finally builds.
