What differentiates Firstup from other similar products?
Delivering messages to essentially two distinct organizations under one roof. Cross-channel channel filling has been crucial in this. In order to better understand what material our associates are interacting with, we can track and measure all forms of communication using the Analyze reports. We can then utilize these metrics to inform our future communication initiatives.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We could only speak directly with around a quarter of our workers before it. Using this platform, we can communicate with more of our staff and target certain associate groups, enabling us to advance critical business projects. Our shop and distribution center employees are becoming more involved, and we are learning more about the topics that are important to our main stakeholder groups.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There are only a few things, but I'd have to mention certain restrictions on how to pull reports, even though I know it is working to fix this.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
We appreciate the platform's ongoing efforts to add new and improved features. With a single point of posting to numerous communication platforms, including our Intranet, it has significantly streamlined our job as internal communicators.

Efficient Platform For Internal Communication

What differentiates Firstup from other similar products?
Internal communications was one of the top three problems identified by a poll on employee engagement. We considered other approaches to address this problem but didn't find a workable solution until we introduced it. Employees complained that there was too much communication and it was challenging to locate crucial information. There was a lot of text-heavy, clear communication. Using images, photos, push alerts, and polls enable us to interact with our staff in a more relatable manner. The success of significant initiatives might be discussed, along with work-related experiences and glimpses into coworkers.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Although it is a top-notch but pricey product, several innovations are not included in the standard offering. We would have loved to have integrated a number of features, but the expense was out of our price range.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The capacity to effectively design repeating newsletters. We have been able to provide our associates with the information they care about when and where they want it thanks to this platform.

An excellent one-stop solution

What differentiates Firstup from other similar products?
Previously, we sent communications over four separate platforms. With little data, it was inefficient and a significant time waster. Additionally, we lacked the creativity to experiment with graphics, fonts, videos, or social sharing. We can now produce a variety of content kinds to grab people's interest and track user engagement to adjust our strategy and methods.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is simpler to recruit people from around the firm to communicate because the platform is clear and simple to use. A smartphone notification, email, and post may all be sent out at once, saving time and capturing audiences where they are with minimal effort. Additionally, Social Chorus has provided us with excellent support. We often get together to discuss statistics and identify areas for growth, which is incredibly beneficial.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I'd like to be able to increase natural corporate postings from the account and encourage staff to publish reviews on rating websites like Glassdoor. Typically, basic features and functionality are released, and they develop over time.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
After a comprehensive RFP process, Social Chorus was chosen for our business, and we could not be happier. The capacity for employees to interact directly with the material and share it on their external networks, together with a very user-friendly desktop and an app, have all been made possible by Social Chorus. Numerous members of our staff have also developed channels, which have allowed our centralized team to be involved without having to take full responsibility for the implementation of all interactions. I adore the reporting as well.
