What differentiates Filecamp from other similar products?

Price point and the flexibility of setting permissions were the biggest selling points.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The users appreciate how easy it is to share files with internal and external users. And the receiver of the files does NOT need to have a user profile in FileCamp to download the files we share..

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is nothing that I dislike about the product. I do have a small list of enhancements I would like to see if future releases, and have shared that information.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

In terms of what we needed, this was the perfect solution.
