What differentiates FileBound from other similar products?

FileBound offers easy customization to fit individual company needs the client does not need to change their routines to fit the software. FileBound also offers great security and auditing capabilities. They are always improving the software and adding new features at no extra cost to the client.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Easy of use, ability to easily track documents and the flexible nature of the workflow.

What do you dislike most about this product?

What I dislike the most is that there isn't a lot of training available for free. Most of their in depth training for workflow is pricey.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This product is great it can make your daily routines so much easier, it can provide you with piece of mind in times of audit and you can feel assured that FileBound Support is never more than a phone call away.

What differentiates FileBound from other similar products?

The high level of customization to meet specific clients needs.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love to use the Filebound's workflow capabilities to customize it to our (or our clients) always changing needs.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I get frustrated every time I click on a help link (on the forums) and its says that is no longer available. Also the help provided need to be more specific, and give few examples if possible, so we don't have to submit a support ticket all the time. Also would like for it to be more affordable for smaller businesses.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would definitively recommend it to everybody, once you get to know all the capabilities you would not conceive your life without it. :)
