Great Product. Current customers love it!

Likeliness to Recommend

10 /10

What differentiates FileBound from other similar products?

When compared with some of the top Content Management Systems, FileBound doesn't force its customers to use any unneeded features. Straight forward, reasonable, and has fewer pricing options, which doesn't confuse the customer. Hopefully they keep it this way.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

E-forms and Workflow capabilities.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Doesn't have Multifactor Authentication upon login yet, however I have high hopes it is in the works.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would certainly recommend FileBound to anyone looking for a solution to securely store, manage, and transform their hardcopy paper files to digital, while also saving more time completing everyday processes through a virtual standpoint. GBS Corp out of Youngstown, Ohio is a great reseller of FileBound that can also fulfill any document scanning needs your facility may have. Easy to use and customize to individual needs.

Likeliness to Recommend

7 /10

What differentiates FileBound from other similar products?

FileBound has the ability to be customized to the individual needs of each customer. As resale partners our customers receive world class support on a personalized basis, something customers of other software applications do not receive. FileBound has the ability to help the smallest to largest businesses streamline their document management processes, making their everyday tasks more efficient.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

That it offers our customers the ability to streamline everyday tasks, saving them valuable time and money.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I dislike most the fact that every time an update is done features that have worked in the past no longer work. When a previously working feature does not work after an update there seems to be no sense of urgency to fix the issue. We try to figure out work arounds but sometimes there is nothing that can be done. Examples we have a user who has not been able to use their login for 2 months because the no longer have the ability to see line items attached to a project, when support is questioned we just receive the same answer that it is being worked on. Or the fact that we are not able to currently archive data.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would tell them it is a great product that can save their organization time, money and stress. This opinion may change in the near future due to the lack of response and accountability when features that have previously worked stop working as expected after an update. There are times that multimillion dollar businesses come to a stop because they can't process invoices or on board new employees.
