What is FatPipe SD-WAN?

FatPipe is a leading developer of enterprise-class, application-aware, secure software-defined wide area network (“SD-WAN”) solutions for organizations, including enterprises, communication service providers, security service providers, government organizations, and other middle-market companies. FatPipe holds thirteen software and technology patents, which it leverages through an integrated suite of software solutions to offer our customers a reliable, accelerated and secure platform to support mission-critical applications running on cloud, hybrid cloud and on-premise networks.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It functions as anticipated without a great deal of day to day administration.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The difficulty of connection to the appliance for initial configuration. This has been an issue multiple times.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Ease of use for administrative tasks and fantastic technical support.

What differentiates FatPipe SD-WAN from other similar products?

I don't know that I can say any one thing differentiates this product from any in its class, but I can say that FatPipe has done exactly what we've needed it to do whenever it was called upon.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The reliability of its function. it just works.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Currently, I don't know that there is any part of this product I truly dislike.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you need consistent connectivity, I feel this product is a must. The level of support is a bonus on those rare times we need it.
