What differentiates EZ Texting from other similar products?

It's a simple to use SMS marketing solutions. Easy to schedule and personalize text messages. We are able to integrate with our CRM application very well and aslo it's cheaper sending text messages using this application.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like how it's easy to personalize text messages using this application. We are able to schedule messages very well and sent without fail. Great reports that shows us the sent ,in queue and rejected SMS. It's aslo a cheaper way to send messages.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It's a reliable SMS marketing solutions. No downtime so far. No dislike.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's a cheaper way to send bulk SMS. Easy to schedule and personalize. Reports are great that show the sent,in queue and rejected messages. Technical team is ready to help us whenever we encounter an issue.

I like that EZ Texting is multi-purpose The software is affordable and it's very effective in marketing It's easy to use and seamless to use

What do you dislike most about this product?

I haven't had any problems using EZ Texting

It's a great software for SMS marketing and I recommend it

What differentiates EZ Texting from other similar products?

It is the fastest and the most reliable way to get connected to your customers through SMS. It is very easy to use, you don’t have to learn a lot to use this platform. You can easily send messages to multiple customers. It also offers a free trial. In spite of these features, it is cheap and affordable that is also of good quality.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

You don’t have to give every customer your personal number. It offers free service to its users for their first 500 customers. You can easily preview the texts before sending it.

What do you dislike most about this product?

In the paid plan, some of the features are unlocked which causes difficulty for the users. If you want to send the same text to multiple users and want them not to see each other’s contact, you have to send that text separately to each of the customer that takes a lot of time and is a bit annoying.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is recommended to small and mid-sized businesses.
