Easy and effective, but not many bells & whistles

What differentiates EZ Texting from other similar products?

It is very easy to manage and use. It doesn’t have some of the in depth integration options as other platforms offer, but, it also doesn’t need any one in IT to build/edit/fix things.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Each agent can easily manage and run their own campaigns with minimal issues

What do you dislike most about this product?

When an agent runs out of credits they need an admin to add more which is a little annoying and can slow down productivity

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Ask for a sandbox account and trial period to see if it does what you need it to do.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Seeing who is unsubcribing from our messages

What do you dislike most about this product?

Not seeing what text info is submitted when looking at our invoices

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make thise groups/lists and save them to EzText to save time. Also make sure you are regularly editing those lists to keep them current

It is very intuitive and easy to use. It makes the entire process very simple to complete

I love the AI writing to make my messages more interesting.

I have no dislikes

I use it for recruiting and reaching candidates. Use it and keep tweaking your messaging until it works
