What differentiates Expensify from other similar products?

Expensify has full capabilities and the features that are robust are what we use as a high-powered accounting and strategic planning tool in your business. It appears to be a tool of convenience, intuitive, and easy to access. It has also saved us time and made the process of creating an expense to getting reimbursed a fast and easy process.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Expensify has streamlined our manual accounting and expense management process. The time saved on expenses has freed our staff members time that they use on valuable activities. Its integration with other programs like Quickbooks has streamlined our accounting process. It is easy to use and the adoption rate was beyond our expectations. It is the best expense solution out here.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Occasionally there is a system glitch where it thinks a duplicate receipt is being uploaded and forces deleting the expense and re-entering.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Expensify features and ease of use at an affordable price are what Expensify provides. I would recommend using Expensify to automate all your financial systems.

Streamlining the process with Expensify

What differentiates Expensify from other similar products?

We adapted to using Expensify quickly; the interface was intuitive, well-designed, and easy to navigate. Our staff found it easy to capture receipts on-the-go using the mobile app’s offline mode, even when visiting remote places. Expensify had all of the functionality that we needed on the backend but is also incredibly easy to use for both accountants and end-users.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The benefits of Expensify were immediate. Our employee's habits changed and our HR department workflow simplified and streamlined. Our staff is able to scan their receipts no matter the currency they are in and they are able to receive their reimbursement after the expenses receipts are approved.

What do you dislike most about this product?

We haven't looked back since we started using Expensify. There is nothing i dislike about the product.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Expensify took our chaotic mess of a process and replaced it with a simple, easy-to-use, that we were in need of. Expensify revolutionized our receipt and expense management process.
