What differentiates ETQ Reliance from other similar products?

ETQ Reliance - tool is best suited for Integrated environment with focus on Quality & Risk Management as a key focus. Tool really helps out in spitting out the Predictive Analytical data to perform the end to end life cycle management.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Favorite aspects is the Integrated features which are present making it a one stop solution to perform the end to end Quality & Risk Life cycle management.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Well product is a bit complex and specially in the Initial stage when the configuration needs to be done at multiple business levels. Service support from ETQ Reliance is good and they make the transition part smooth.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Please do go for it in case you are looking for End to End Integration to get Total Quality Management across the verticals and also Risk Management is also robust feature which can go hand in hand with TQM

What differentiates ETQ Reliance from other similar products?

One thing that seems unique to me is that the records from different modules can be linked into records from other modules facilitating the connection among different processes. I think the workflows are very neat, you can easily see where the records are in the process. There is the option of use different views to look for / filter records and even using the advanced search if you need something more specific. Some new features like marking records and views as favorites are very useful.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like how ETQ can integrate the processes, you can have a record in a module that has a link to a record from another module, I like this feature.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are some details related to intuitive use that could be better, for example many end users from my corporation that do not use ETQ frequently and forget training information have doubts on how to approve a record - I know it seems easy just to click the Send button, but they come to me with this question frequently. Also, too many View options seem to confuse people. Another concern is that there is no option for ETQ in other languages.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

ETQ can be a good solution to document and support your processes and integrate them, also it is possible to design the modules according to your needs.
