What differentiates Eptura Workplace from other similar products?

They were smart enough to think about what's happening and tailor their business to flow with it. They help you manage your come back to work & they helped us navigate difficult time because if no them, we would have been probably shut down

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's quite easy to integrate other tools you have been using into it. The Dashboards are just amazing, reporting is even easier as it's just all with a click

What do you dislike most about this product?

As a cloud engineer that helps other staff deploy solutions the issue I have with software such as this when I am approached to troubleshoot an environment is connectivity issue. Latency is an issue too, if these are solved then I am cool with it. I am not sue about the exact amount but I was told its expensive to implement

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's a useful "kit" for every company.. You won't regret the decision.

Workspace Maps/Floorplans View floorplans from an interactive map to visualize capacity, customize desk assignment types (assigned, flexible etc.), and view availability.

Custom Search Ability to find colleagues, amenities, floors, desks etc/ to aid in bookings.

Administrator Controls Determine who can book where and when, team booking restriction (neighborhoods), booking quotas or other custom rules or restrictions
