What differentiates Epicor Prophet 21 from other similar products?

I have used both SAP and other Epicor ERP software-P21 is surprisingly intuitive, and does not require the end user to have knowledge of a wide variety of prompts. It can be easily accessed and used by everyone from our warehouse team to management, and enables all moving parts of our process to have a visibility that we would not have with other software.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Our version of P21 is tailor made to our needs-enabling us to access and update information for the supply chain process with little to no effort on our part.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Its greatest strength is also its greatest weakness (and frankly probably more of an end-user created issue). There are often many different ways to accomplish the same process, often creating redundancies in modules we have.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If implemented correctly, P21 is a great software for when you have a number of employees who are not as familiar with ERP systems.
