What differentiates Epicor Kinetic from other similar products?

Epicor was the right choice for both manufacturers for whom I worked because of its user interface, functionality, exceptional flexibility, and customizable design. In addition, it keeps track of all transactions and ensures that items are produced, delivered, and invoiced promptly.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I had a fantastic time. When the time to enter data is done properly, the software is simple to use, extremely flexible, and the ways that the data can be extracted through reports, and dashboards make it an extremely powerful analysis tool. The customer service team is also outstanding. Epicor is extremely flexible right out of the box, and it excels at managing and tracking information.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It lacks controls; we must customize to gain more control over our process; the cost of customization is high, and the support we receive for our maintenance fee is inadequate. There are numerous modules, each with a variety of easy-to-understand configuration options.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We use a product configurator a lot, and Epicor had the best one we'd seen on the market. Epicor has continued to improve its product by adding new features and allowing it to be accessed from a mobile device although third-party software plug-ins are fantastic and add a slew of time-saving features that are simple to use.

What differentiates Epicor Kinetic from other similar products?

I use it in the company, for a main software package that is used throughout the organization and administration for equipment maintenance, production management, work, in all advanced programming, in engineering management. It uses MS SQL, LLS and C consists of a quality assurance, scheduling, file management, inventory management, purchasing management, financial, multiple currencies.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Epicor ERP has a set of tools which allow us to customize the software to meet our needs. There is no need to manually type the queries as BAQ makes it easy and they can use the different ways in the software, including dashboards, searches, etc.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The costs are higher than other software, also some actions are permanent such as the closing of a job, so that when an accident occurs the process can be complicated.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Epicor ERP, it is good to use it in companies that buy components from different places, like our company. I can also very easily export to an Excel spreadsheet and manipulate it from there for analysis.

What differentiates Epicor Kinetic from other similar products?

Report loading is fast and possible in multiple formats (PDF, Excel), this feature can be found in many other platforms similar to Epicor, but they do not work as fast as Epicor. I can also notice that the design is much better.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The generation of accountable reports is fast with precise details that guarantee a good reading. In addition, with Epicor we are able to place orders with a solid management of our inventory, we have control of the quotes and we always have the most accurate details.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Epicor has some shortcomings in customization and technical support, the response time to my requests can vary a lot and they usually respond late.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I have never hesitated to recommend it, it is a tool that allows us to know with detailed accounting reports what is the status of our inventory and also helps to keep track.
