What differentiates Engagedly from other similar products?

It is an affordable option, it has excellent goal setting and accountability capabilities, the support is very prompt and easily resolves any issues. Over the last year and a half, it has also helped keep faces with names as our organization has grown in a virtual/remote environment. It helps keep both managers and staff accountable for performance and allows for everyone to see as much as they need to see within the software. Feedback can be given or requested as frequently as ever engagement, or as seldom as just at annual reviews.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The goal-setting module is wonderful, easy to use, and has helped keep me accountable. You can break goals down into tasks, and set each task to a specific percentage completed. You can schedule follow ups and check ins on goals, and be sure managers and staff are on the same page with efforts and developments. It gives the opportunity to set everyone up for a successful year, and minimizes any surprises with annual reviews.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It does not integrate with our other software, there are features we can use, but we must manually track because there is no integration with other programs or websites.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Demo a few and weigh the costs and benefits. Set a specific "champion" for each department to be sure the features are being utilized - even the best software is only valuable to your organization if your people are using it! It's a great solution, but it does not manage itself. This is a wonderful solution if your problem is staying accountable/organized. This is not a replacement for proper management training, or for staff engagement efforts.

What differentiates Engagedly from other similar products?

Enagagedly provides the features of continuous feedback with transparency and appreciations. It also keeps track of new educational courses a user can take without wondering the profile boost against time invested.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Sharing feedback, appreciations or concerns and appraisal process with defined/structured KRAs

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is not much to dislike about this product. This brings constant improvement in the users.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

One should try to explore entire list of features provided by Engagedly. It is superb and easy to use. It bridges the gap between Managers and Subordinates by providing multiple upfront features, review system.
