The customer support. I always feel like EnergyCAP is looking out for our organization.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I would like to have more easily customizable report features.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

EnergyCAP was by far the best choice for us and hasn't disappointed after three years.
