What differentiates Emma by Marigold from other similar products?

Emma has everything you would want it to do but there are bugs in the software. Weird bugs that appear out of nowhere, and you need to contact support for help.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's super easy to use.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The software is buggy! I ran into so many weird problems. It doesn't let you customize templates very easily and sometimes the imports get weird. Lots of emails get caught in spam.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's better than many softwares, but still has its issues.

What differentiates Emma by Marigold from other similar products?

Email management is task that seems an easy to do job, but a wrong or undelivered email can get you in hot waters in no time. Emma email marketing is a platform that helps us with the management of all type of email related work in our marketing department in a very practical and easy way. We have switched to Emma from another platform and our lives couldn’t get easier than this.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Emma email marketing gives you a helping hand to deal with all kind of email marketing in less time consuming way. We can do segmentation with a few clicks on the platform. There is lots and lots of room here to create dynamic content, the email templates comes in mobile ready format and the best part is it’s integration; unlike many other platforms. It can intelligibly integrate with all kind of CRM’s, e-commerce platforms and websites.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The modification in formatting tools is not ideal, formatting and editing is not easy and some features really annoy you at times. You need to do formatting and editing very carefully and if anything goes wrong there is really not a way which we can opt for and we need to trust our instincts.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is a good platform that comes with almost all basic and necessary features to do email marketing for almost all kinds of companies and nature of businesses if you can get this software –dedicated – email marketing it would surely enhance the capabilities and creativity among employees. If I talk about my job place, we clearly saw the difference.

It's economically priced for small companies unlike other similar platforms.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's user's friendly. It's easy to update contacts with it. Managing emails list with it is excellent. It's great in automation.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Emma makes emails easy and efficient ,I have no dislike towards it

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's a great email product for basic functionality so you should consider it as your first choice
