What differentiates emarsys from other similar products?
Emarsys is a powerful platform for email marketing for online retailers that sell hundreds or thousands of items. From campaigns to website interaction to contact events, it records a wide range of data. The block-based email campaign development interface is the aspect of Emarsys that I appreciate the most.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I'll start by praising the excellent support. Additionally, the tool often changes to incorporate new capabilities that significantly improve marketing. The new email editor (VCE), in particular, is user-friendly and provides a wealth of customization options, including for e-commerce. web channel may be used in conjunction with the capabilities of the automation center to build effective marketing automation.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It might be challenging to build email automation. You must make copies of the email if you wish to send it in more than one instance. If you don't and try to add the same email to the automated pipeline, it duplicates the email automatically, making it challenging to distinguish between the two if you need to go back and make changes.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The site is really simple to set up, and after quickly going through the onboarding process, we fell in love with it. Emarsys eliminates difficulties with every aspect of its design, usability, integrations, and automation plans. The system is capable of handling large numbers of email campaigns and storing them for later use.

What differentiates emarsys from other similar products?
At the enterprise level, Emarsys is a crucial tool for email marketing and marketing automation. It is integrated with platforms for online stores, including Magento. Being a power user requires some learning because this is not your normal ESP.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
To gain a holistic picture of our customers, we can access all of our sales and consumer behavior information, both online and offline, in one location. With only a little instruction, I was able to be up and running utilizing the drag and drop templates in a day. Shout out to our account manager as well. She has been wonderful and so helpful!
What do you dislike most about this product?
For an excellent platform like Emarsys, reporting is not the greatest because it is quite simple. Although it includes revenue insights, we examined it and found that it needs some adjustments when reporting on sales or revenue metrics because the data is not entirely correct.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
For the sum of money they sought to collect, Emarsys failed to provide what they had promised to my business. Although we had signed a contract, they did not let us know that there was a service that they "really" couldn't deliver. With Emarsys, B2C companies have access to the same platform that B2-B companies have been using for years.

What differentiates emarsys from other similar products?
Can be configured to effectively address the varying business needs and ensure the highest customer conversion and retention rate. Lets us connect with customers at a very personal level and transforms raw information into actionable insights.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Customer journey automation is my favorite aspect. It also does well in campaign reporting & web engagement.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The self-learning prediction algorithm lags at times
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Automates the data collection process from all sources including all communication channels, CRM information, and behavior analysis among others. All information is centralized in a single profile and all you get is a very rich overview of your customers.
