What differentiates Elastic Observability from other similar products?

Specifically, it makes fully interactive, easy to interpret, log metrics traces visualizations of system health and performance state, which are hard to match by any other tool.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ability to build Kibana dashboards is in fact one of the most flexible I have ever met. This is because we can put together a view that can be suited to different teams in a way that every member of a specific team will have information that can be beneficial in a specific manner. It also increases our efficiency in monitoring due to this kind of customization.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Although adequate, the integrated alerting is not very complicated.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Adopting Elastic Observability as such revolutionized the system monitoring strategy. Originally, concealed inefficiencies in the supply chain were brought into the light by using real-time analytics. Thanks to this awareness, it was possible to fine, tune our services ahead of time and greatly enhance the overall effectiveness of services that we provide to our users.
