What differentiates Egencia from other similar products?

Compared to SAP Concur the UI is easier to use. Trips are easy to book and you get email updates throughout your trip.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ease of use that allows you to book travel that confirms with company policy.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing. I like the product a lot.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For travel booking it is a great tool

What differentiates Egencia from other similar products?

1. Simple UI and UX which helps user navigate and follow the application workflow very easily. 2. Quick connect with friendly customer care.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

1. Flexible options with suggestions for planning itinerary.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Itinerary modification process if tricky. User is bound to get confused and has to take pains to contact customer support.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Go with the product if you are looking for bulk travel management for your staff or employees. It gives flexible travel booking options supported by great customer service.
