What differentiates Egencia from other similar products?

The booking process is very easy and it has great travel booking features. I would definitely recommend Egencia as a travel booking system.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love that it is a one stop shop for everything even car booking, travel plan is available

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some hotels are not available on Egencia but I can see in other apps

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is highly recommended for busy people. Not only you can book your trip and hotels but they also have travel advisor, it tells you what you need to prepare for your travel. It is an end to end travel management solution! We don't usually need a customer support because it's user friendly but it's available when you need them.
