When something goes wrong - when a flight is not available for booking. Lack of lowcost airlines.

Complete offering for business trips, including hotels, flights, rental cars

Ease of use

What do you dislike most about this product?

Does not seem to show complete options, sometimes when I compare flight offerings from Egencia to e.g. direct offering on airline websites I find more options

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Takes away the hassle of booking individual flights, hotel, car rentals etc.
